Nestling at the far southern end of the Koh Chang archipelago, Koh Kood is a beautiful tropical paradise with crystal clear warm waters, pristine white sand beaches and an interior jungle environment. Unspoiled and pristine, the island makes a perfect venue for a hide-away break. Adding to the island's charm, the locals are relaxed and friendly. Come see for yourself!
Established some years ago, this friendly guesthouse is now under new management - a friendly Thai lady with a reputation as the very best host on the island. From the moment you arrive until you leave, you are part of our family. You don't just sleep in the guesthouse. You share food, drinks, experiences. You arrive a customer. You will leave a friend.
Koh Kood is an approximately 4 hour bus ride from Bangkok. The fast ferry takes 1hr 15 mins from Trat on the Thai mainland. It's further to access of course than some Thai islands, but is all the better for that, with a relaxed unhurried nature and a genuinely restful ambiance. Loved by singles, couples, families and back-packers alike, you will find your own private paradise on Koh Kood.
Well, what can I say. Kama Siri Koh Kood is a fabulous little Guest House where we enjoyed a short holiday break. The island is remote, but better for that because it’s quieter than the more popular ones down south, or Koh Chang. The beaches are awesome. The jungle so green with so much fresh air. The guesthouse is in the island interior and very private, with a short run to many fine beaches on one of their mopeds you can hire. You will need that to get around. But the main thing is the guesthouse is a nice, clean, friendly place and that made my stay so perfect. Recommended!
Our group stayed at Kama Siri on Koh Kood for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The place is run by a great host and is really relaxed. From the moment we arrived we felt really welcomed. We enjoyed a great couple of evenings with fabulous BBQ cooking, and they even arranged a fishing trip for us on a boat and showed us around the island’s highlights such as the local waterfalls and stunning local beaches. A highlight for us was when we were introduced to Tawan Bar, an awesome local bar for chilling in the evening. All in all, a great time on a beautiful island paradise!
